Pulsarc Games — Privacy Policy

Publisher: Clerk Interactive  •  Effective date: 1 July 2026  •  Contact: dev@clerkinteractive.com

This Privacy Policy explains how mobile games published by Clerk Interactive ("we", "us") under the Pulsarc name (each, a "Game") handle information when you play them on Android and iOS devices.

Games covered by this policy: If a specific Game handles data differently (for example, adds user accounts, online multiplayer, or analytics), that Game's store listing and this policy will be updated to describe it before the feature is enabled.

1. Summary

2. Information the Games collect directly

None that identifies you. Each Game stores gameplay data (best score, coins, owned/selected cosmetics, and your settings) locally on your device using the operating system's app storage. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you uninstall the Game.

3. Information collected by third‑party services

Advertising — Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads

Our Games use Google AdMob to show rewarded ads (short videos you choose to watch). To serve and measure ads, Google and its ad partners may collect and process information such as your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), device and app information, coarse/approximate location inferred from IP address, and ad‑interaction and diagnostics data. This data is processed under Google's own policies. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Rewarded ads are always optional and player‑initiated (e.g. watch to continue a run or to double earned coins). Choosing not to watch never blocks gameplay; rewarded ads never affect score or fairness.

Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

Where required, we present a consent message via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are served. You can manage ad‑consent options in each Game's Settings and can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's system settings.

iOS — App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, before any cross‑app tracking identifier (IDFA) is used, the system shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads still appear but are non‑personalized. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Purchases — Google Play Billing / Apple App Store

If you buy an optional coin pack, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We do not receive or store your payment card or financial details. The Game credits the purchased coins locally after the store confirms the purchase.

Analytics

These Games do not send analytics data to us or to a third‑party analytics provider. If a future version adds analytics, this policy and the store data‑safety disclosures will be updated to describe it before it is enabled.

4. How information is used

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information processed for ads is shared with Google and its advertising partners as described above. Purchase processing is shared with Google Play or the Apple App Store. We otherwise do not share data with third parties.

6. Children's privacy

Our Games are intended for a general audience (suitable for ages 10 and up) and are not directed primarily at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it. Where a Game is distributed to younger audiences, ad partners are configured for the appropriate child‑directed treatment.

7. Data retention

On‑device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data processed by Google or the App Store for ads/purchases is retained according to their policies.

8. Security

Our Games transmit no personal data of their own. Data handled by third‑party SDKs is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. Your choices & rights

10. How to contact us / request deletion

Email dev@clerkinteractive.com to request deletion of your data. We do not create accounts, so we hold no name, email, or profile — the only data linked to your device is pseudonymous analytics (a random Google Analytics / Firebase installation identifier) and the advertising identifier used by our ad partner.

On request we will delete the associated analytics data using Google Analytics' data‑deletion tools, normally within 30 days. To help us locate it, you may include the approximate date and time you last played. You can also stop all further collection at any time by uninstalling the Game (which removes the on‑device identifier) or by resetting your Advertising ID in your device settings.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Games or their third‑party SDKs change. The "Effective date" above will be updated, and material changes will be reflected here.
